Noise complaints

Hello everyone, I’m just looking for solutions if anyone can help me out. I live in houston and my neighbors across the street throw parties about once a month or so and they have huge mariachi bands show up and bass so deep that you can feel the floor shaking. I’ve been on a walk a whole block over before and you could still hear the music and bass. Its not an event hall its just a normal house and they start around 10 pm and often go until 5 AM and once they even went until 6 Am. I have to wake up for work at the time they finish and i get no sleep as well as it throwing off my whole week. When I’ve tried asking them to be quieter to which they just outright refused and became hostile. I’ve called the houston police department and they told me to call harris county PD and gave me a number which i’ve called on three separate occasions and once ive called three times in single night. Every single time they say they will send someone out here and no once shows up. Can anyone tell me what course of action to take because my physical and mental health is taking a hit. Thanks
