Noise Complaint?

New neighbors moved in maybe a month ago, but starting 2 weeks ago they play loud music starting from like 2 pm until 2 am from Wednesday to Sunday. I've gotten noise cancelling headphones cuz I really didn't wanna be a "karen", but even then I can hear and FEEL it vibrating my whole house. It just never stops. I've tried calling the closest police department and they straight up told me no officer is going to show up for loud music, so I don't know what else to do.
