No water since a pipe burst and every plumber we have called says they cant come out.

Our pipe burst overnight or early morning Sunday and we have not had water for over a day now. At least our power came on after almost 24 hours but I'm not sure what to do about the water. Does anyone know plumbers that are working now? I know the conditions are really bad but I was hoping some plumbers would work. I'm sure the ones that are working now are really busy though. It's just going to be tough no water to drink or wash anything or even take a shower or use the toilet. Not sure what to do because I think the gym which I was going to drive to to use the bathroom and shower is closed as well.
