No water in greenspoint

I got a text from my apartment managers yesterday saying the city of houston cut our water services with no notice, and that they have no control or time frame for when it’ll be back on. It’s been off for more than 24 hours now, and they said they still haven’t heard anything back from the city about this issue. I was wondering if anyone had any insight into this ? I’m in greenspoint , pretty close to the mall here. Thanks
