No noise ordinance at hotel?!

I flew into town late Friday night and was planning to get up early to drive to New Mexico. However, the hotel I'm staying at (Staybridge Suites, a Hilton property) apparently doesn't have a noise ordinance because it's approaching 2 am and people have been partying at the pool since 10 pm. They are yelling, cursing, and talking like it's 1 in the afternoon! Calling the front desk was useless as they basically said there was nothing they could (or would) do. I'm all for a good time, but am disappointed in management for not considering the other guests. Won't stay at this hotel again.
