No Internet Since 5am – W Houston

Our internet’s been down since this morning at 5 AM. AT&T’s site shows an outage over a good chunk of west Houston near the Villages/Spring Branch area but no explanation why or ETA on restore (shocking I know). Anyone know what the deal is?
