No internet connection – Entouch / Astound Communications

Anybody else having internet connection issues with Entouch / Astound? Internet has been down since 4 am in the Katy area. Tried to contact support/customer service but it’s not connecting me to any representative…just playing the annoying music.

Anyone knows what’s going on?
