No FEMA for Nicholas damage?

I’m on day 6 without power so I haven’t been able to keep up with the news. Is there any word on any assistance for damage? Part of a tree came through my kitchen and while I was able to patch it up to the best of my ability I’m almost positive my oven and microwave are damaged beyond repair. I do not have home insurance or a lot of savings since I had to empty it for my dad’s funeral in July. Are there any programs for help since FEMA is not recognizing this storm as a disaster on their site?
