No-Dig Fence In Our Clay Soil

I am planning to build my own 8' privacy fence and want to drive Post Master steel posts 3' into the ground to avoid any digging.

Is 3' deep enough in our clay soil to support the fence properly in high wind situations? Does anyone have any experience using this method and materials? How has the fence fared?
