No degree looking for a job

Hello fellow Houstonians I’m looking for a job around 50k area. I make about 45k now but looking for anything really that gets me off where I work now. I currently work for a medical laboratory with 5 years experience, but am looking for an opportunity into financing jobs or real estate jobs. Can anyone give me any recommendations ?
