Nightly Drag Racing on Memorial Drive in Memorial Park – Does someone have to die for HPD/Whitmire to care???

Every. Single. Fricking. Night.

Spinouts. Burning Rubber. Tonight there were gangs of motorcycles – some riding on one wheel. All going 10-30 mph over the speed limit. A couple then rode their motorcycles THROUGH the pedestrian areas of the park (past the mounds on the sidewalk). It's all very very dangerous….

What does it take for HPD to deal with this? Never a cop in site.

Does someone have to die? Doesn't Shitmire live in this neighborhood? Sheesh.
