Night & Day cake from the original chocolate bar…

I haven't had a slice in about 10 years and I still crave it. I recently moved back to Houston and am sad with the change in ownership and the fact that they don't serve it anymore. Does anyone have a recipe from the original owners? An old picture I found had the following description: "Four layers of dense dark chocolate cake covered in white chocolate ice box frosting all topped off by a healthy amount of our delicious chocolate ganache"
