Nice Restaurants with Tasting Menu for $100 Per Person

Hey all! I'm not too sure if what I'm asking is too unreasonable, but wanted a fine dining experience similar to DeGust, but just a bit more affordable! I already looked into it and found a restaurant called MAD, but I don't think the atmosphere is there for a nice date.
