Nice dinner out- looking for recs

I’d like to take my husband out for a nice birthday dinner. We just relocated to the area so I’m looking for recommendations. We’re good to splurge on the meal, between $100-200. We don’t drink so that doesn’t need to be a factor. What are some of your favorite special occasion places?
