First off -it just ain't our year. We got hyped up a little too much by ppl who don't really know the roster and just saw the hunter and diggs signing.

Offense- needs a fresh start with a new coordinator and new talent. I'm gonna put my trust in caserio, he's had more good draft pics and FA signings than bad so I trust to make some changes in the coaching staff and personnel. Need Wr(aquire one (not diggs) and draft one) interior O-line, and TE (Schultz is not fiscal on most downs and never seems to be on the same page with CJ, even going back to last year)

Defense- still has holes DT was a glaring need this last off-season and nothing has changed, the tackles they brought in seem to be decent in pass rush but they get man handled vs tough offensive lines. Id like to see an upgrade at DT and safety.

Bottom line- all defensive minded head coaches run into this issue of not being able to get thier offense going while having a decent or solid defense. This will be the story of Demecos legacy as a head coach going forward. He's got a QB i still think is cable of doing it all, but if he can't figure out a way to get the offense going he won't be around forever. If he gets one awesome offensive coordinator they will eventually leave he's gotta manage both sides of the ball at a high level.
