Newspapers and magazines

Hi all, I am student here. I wanted to know where I can read hard copies of daily newspapers like NYtimes, the Wall Street Journal. I would also like to know if there is place where I can find old editions of the New Yorker and the times magazine. I checked my university library, they don’t have those.
