New York chef to take over former Pass & Provisions location

Months after announcing that he would leave acclaimed New York City eatery Café Boulud to move to Houston, Aaron Bludorn announced he would be taking over the former Pass & Provisions space for his new concept.

Details are scant, as Bludorn was unavailable to further elaborate on his upcoming Houston project. However, a representative for Bludorn confirmed an Eater Houston report that it would be at 807 Taft St. near Allen Parkway.
