New to Houston. How long before I stop missing exits every 5 minutes?

First day in Houston and oh my god what the actual hell is this traffic?? I swear I’m not a bad driver. These highways are so damn complicated, I feel like I’m in a Fast & Furious maze😩 Tips please!!
