New taco concept lands at sister wine bar after Tasting Room’s Uptown Park closure

Houston-based Lasco Enterprises, the company behind The Tasting Room and Max’s Wine Dive, has found a new home for its breakfast taco concept.

Fly By Taco Co. is a ghost kitchen taco concept utilizing the kitchens at Lasco Enterprises’ existing restaurants.
