New mlm/pyramid scheme In Houston?

So my father in law took me to this class/sales pitch for a company named ascira, and the owner, multi millionaire Jon sachtouras was there telling us to invest in this new company he created. Warn your family members before they get hooked to this. The guy was explaining how his company isn’t a pyrimad scheme because every company works like that etc you guys get the deal. Got into an argument with my father in law and he ended up putting down 5k to join. He’s recruiting mainly Hispanic Spanish speakers. If you guys have any information about this guy or history please let me know.
