New master-planned community coming near Iowa Colony

Hines, a Houston-based real estate company, purchased 954 acres of land west of Hwy. 288 just south of Iowa Colony for the purpose of developing a master planned community of 2,100 single-family homes.

Here’s the grade given to the Astros by ESPN so far this season. Tbh I agree. We’ve shown signs of greatness, and at times haven’t even looked like a playoff team. But the vast majority of the season so far we’ve been mediocre. A grade of a “C” fits.
