New evidence about the reoccuring weird noise in Westchase

On December 11, 2023 and January 16th, 2024, there were social media reports of an unusual noise in the Westchase area. Here is a compilation video of two recordings of the noise. Last night, I found a big clue about the possible source. Here's a video of what I found, which is a natural gas regulator station in the vacinity. I haven't actually heard 'the noise' coming from this site, but it's the first place I'm going if the noise happens again.
