New Construction Question near Oak Forest

Not sure where to find it so I’m asking you all. I recently drove past this property & saw they have torn down the old Acme Brick building & the old driving range that was there. It was gated off & I didn’t see a sign of what was being built there. Used to hit balls at the driving range so I am bummed about that. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
