New construction home exterior brick wall bulging

Hey yall,

So I bought a new construction home six months ago and we just noticed that the exterior brick wall is bulging as well as mortar cracking and receding.

The builder says they want to monitor it right now…. And if it gets worse then they will proceed in fixing it… they consider it a cosmetic issue

We hired an inspector before we bought the house and he must have missed it. We have pictures when we moved in of the side of the house and it was bulging then also but as new home owners with no experience , we didn’t notice it… These are the only pics I have right now.

How would yall handle this?
