New Astros fan, my origins story

Didn't realize how quickly I'd fall in love with an organization.

I never cared for baseball, truly I saw it as boring! Then this year, I got really into sports betting because I've been lucky. So I tried my luck on baseball. Anyways, with sports betting I started getting excited watching baseball, and I was so new to this I had to ask my friends what's some good teams from Texas? As I'm moving there 😂

So he told me the Rangers and the Astros. I was like whoaaa Astros? I like that name and I knew they were doing good in the beginning of the season, so I started watching their games.

It's now the end of the season, never miss a game, I'm so in love with this team. My wife thinks I'm crazy for loving a team I just started watching, and wow.

Maybe it's cause they're having a great season the season I start watching them? Who knows, but I do know they are and will always be my favorite baseball team. Now my 7 year old son loves them as well!
