New arena at Astroworld site?Possible NHL venue?

NRG Park officials have been looking at ways to add mixed use development to the complex to compete with venues like SoFi Stadium and its Hollywood Park development. While this is only a concept, it might provide a glimpse as their plans, which include a larger land bridge over 610 linking to the Astroworld site, as well as an arena to replace aging NRG arena. It’s important to note the site has rail access via Fannin South stop. Could this be also be a venue to attract an NHL tenant? This would add new revenue streams current NRG tenants are looking for.
