New A/C unit costs?

Anyone had a new A/C unit and ducts installed lately? I am in a 2-story 2,200 sq foot home built in the 80’s with the unit being located in the attic in a very difficult spot to get to… this is what I was quoted for the upstairs unit to be replaced. It is 17 years old and it’s definitely time. Any ideas if this is average these days?
