neighbors blocking trash pickup

hey y’all! just out of pure curiosity, does anyone know if there are any laws regarding this specific situation? my neighbors have a habit of parking in front of my house and tend to block the space where the garbage trucks would pick up our trash, so it’s been twice now that our trash hasn’t been picked up since they tend to block the spot behind the bins while we’re at work. we’ve asked them not to park there since they have space in front of their own place, but they do it anyway. I know it’s not illegal for them to park in front of the house since it’s a public street, but the only real issue is just w trash pickup, though they do tend to park on the end of the street and block 2-way traffic as well so idk if that helps any 🧍🏽‍♀️ sorry I’m not super knowledgeable about the laws regarding residential parking or anything like that
