Neighborhoods that allow chickens

Hi all, I'm looking to finally buy a home in Houston. Do any of you know of a neighborhood or HOA that will allow me to have a couple of hens in the backyard? I've been googling but it hasn't been too clear and people have said it would vary on the hoa.
