Neighbor continuously places his trash in front of my house where my trash goes instead of his own. Who can i call about this?

Just as the title says. I have little space at the end of my driveway and my neighbor uses this space for his own trash. Regularly puts his trash from his yard work there and it stays out on the street for sometime 4-5 weeks before it gets picked up. Is there a city number I can call to fix this?
