Negotiate Outstanding Balance at MD ANDERSON?

Has anyone ever had luck negotiating with MD Anderson? I was a patient for the last 10 years and have an outstanding balance of $4k. Some of that is from 2017 or 2018 and some is from 2024. I have had luck negotiating with Texas Childrens and Methodist in the past but have never tried with MDA. I am no longer a patient (yay 10 years cancer-free) and I don't plan on going back to MD Anderson unless my cancer comes back. Just call and ask? Anyone ever had luck with MDA specifically?
