Need to pick up my brother at Bush Intercontinental, need advice and tips please.

I haven't been to the Airport in years so I was reading a post from 7 months ago which was saying Terminal D was demolished and C was getting full faster and so forth. My brother is coming in on United Friday morning. Some were also saying to reserve parking to save money. I really don't care about that. I just want to park as close as I can due to a bum knee. Some said to park in B and take the train to C. All help would be appreciated and Thank You in advance!!!
