Need to get Medical Power of Attorney for my brother, looking for lawyer recommendations.

My special needs brother has been in and out of a certain hospital system for two months and we need to get medical power of Attorney. I am looking for any lawyers that can help us with this. It is preferred that they or have paralegals that speak Spanish, but not required. Willing to travel to get to the office but we need to get this done as soon as possible so we can transfer my brother over to another hospital system. My brother is non-verbal which is why we need a lawyer to navigate this.
