Need suggestions on primary doctors that actually listen

What the title says. Dealing with a variety of minor issues over the past few years and previous doctors I’ve been to have been dismissive (“eat less” for what turned out to be a hernia) or seem focused on running through patients as quickly as possible without giving me time to ask questions. Looking for suggestions on PCP providers who will actually listen, or at least give me the chance to talk during annual exams. Any help much appreciated.
