Need suggestions for a company party

We're having a little Christmas party for our company. We're not huge, but it'll be maybe 20-30 people max. Preferably indoors, but outdoor parks are not out of the question. While not new to the region, I'm still not that familiar with Houston. Any and all helpful advice is appreciated.
