Need some help Houston!

If anybody recognizes the truck in these photos, or knows what kind of business they are in based on the cargo, could you please reach out? The truck in the pics side-swiped one of our semi trucks and fled the scene. They did A LOT of damage (luckily the driver was ok). Any help with what company might own this truck would be so appreciated. Thank you!
