Need some advice for someone missing home

Hey everyone!

Bit of a vague post I guess. But my girlfriend, from Houston, misses her culture and friends a lot. We live in Germany and are moving in together soon. So I was wondering if someone could give me some advices on what could I do that could to cheer her up in a way that simbolizes Houston.

It could be food, wall art (maybe from some local artists, activities, or anything that might make her feel a little bit of home.
