Need soldering job done, recommendations?

I have a monitor that makes a terrible buzzing sound. I’ve done some research and it seems that the buzzing comes from an x capacitor that needs to be replaced. Can anyone refer me to a reputable shop or friendly person with access to parts and a soldering iron?
