Need recommendations for family law attorney. My mom wants custody of my nephew.

My mom currently has my nephew and has been living with her since May. He was previously staying with his mom and her husband. Turns out her husband has been abusing my nephew and she has been aware of it and didn’t do anything. CPS is aware and there are multiple cases against her. I am assisting my mother with this and we really just need a someone that will help us fight for my nephew.

My brother (biological father) is deceased. We want to help him in any way possible to give him the life my brother would have wanted for him. We stay in Harris county if that helps.
