Need recommendations for a lawyer that handles conservatorship

My father in law is in ICU right and is not able to speak. Not sure what the correct word is. My wife (his daughter) said a power of attorney doesn’t need a lawyer in the state of Texas but he’s non responsive so we need a lawyer to handle the conservatorship. I work in the law field only parents. Anyone gone through this and can recommend a good lawyer or place to start? Would help a lot!
