Need recommendation on a lawyer in regards to trying to get some kind of refund for Paid student loans

In regards to Student Loans, ITT Tech and Navient (student in TX)

I was enrolled in ITT Tech (Houston, TX) starting around 06/2006 and withdrew on 09/02/2007.

I had a combination of both private and federal student loans that were serviced by Sallie Mae and then Navient. All loans were paid off with a combination of payments by me and my fathers credit card by 05/2017.

I am wondering with all the issues that happened with ITT Tech and what is going in with Navient lately, what kind of lawyer can look into my scenario to see if it possible for some kind of refund (as much as possible)?

I was telling my family the worst case scenario I see here is me just wasting my time, best case is getting some money back.
