Need info on DQ – Dairy Queen on 10730 W Bellfort

I used to work in this DQ circa 1992 – 1994. If I am not mistaken this DQ establishment was owned by a Taiwanese immigrant named Mr. Polk and was managed by his daughter. Looking at this place bringing me a lot of good memory, since it was my first ever job out of high school. Anybody in this community knows if this DQ still owned by the same person/family?
