Need help with kittens

I had a feral cat leave her kittens in my garage awhile back and I have since been caring for them. I would like to try and keep them off the street because I would hate see anything happen to them but I haven't found a place who would take them. Spca won't take them because they are not nursing and the Harris county shelter closest to me wont take them because I am in Houston city limits and all other shelters or rescues I've called are not accepting new kittens or are full. They are three male kittens, all black and white and love attention.. two can be able nervous around new people but all in all they are really sweet kittens. I need help, nobody I have reached out to is able to take them and I can't find anyone who is wanting to take them in and adopt them. I can't keep them much longer and have no other options, I really truly need help if anyone is able to assist me in any way.
