Need help with a rescue

Need some help with a rescue. This sweet girl was bound to be hit by an 18 wheeler by my work, so I took her home. Gave her a nice bath, and trip to the vet. Unfortunately she does have heartworms, but she’s on antibiotics and heartworm meds.

We already have two pups at home and it’s just not fair to this sweet girl to keep her locked up, while we’re working.

She is amazingly calm and very sweet. She’ll need a bit of training, and another trip to the vet in 3 months for the remainder of her heartworm treatment, but she’ll be an amazing companion and best friend to someone who can give her the time and love she deserves.
