Need help with a proposal

My girlfriend and I moved to Houston recently with our three kids. My mom is going to visit for a couple of days for July 4th and I plan to take advantage of her time here for my girlfriend and I to escape and have a date night where I can pop the question. The problem is, I want it to be intimate and free of crowds if possible.
