Need help on finding tax account number to file homestead exemption on new construction

I closed my new construction house a month ago. When I go to https://hcad.org/quick-search/ and search for my street name, it shows a bunch of 0 as street number under the builder's name. I also dig through the closing documents, but I could not find any 13 digit number. What should I do in this case? Is it the time to file for homestead exemption yet?
