Need help locating kind tow truck driver who may have my daughter’s lovie!

In Katy on Tuesday morning at about 7:30am, my tire blew. A nice, but unknown police officer sat behind me on the shoulder with his lights on until the tow truck driver he called in arrived. The tow truck driver was SO nice to my kids, but I never got his name. He had a Russian-like accent. He dropped us off at the Discount Tire on Mason and 10. He didn’t charge me for the short tow, but I tipped him with what I had. Here is the only picture I have of him.
