Need help getting rid of…well everything in my house

Hey all! I'm moving from houston in two weeks and plan on living in a semi nomadic lifestyle going city to city. However, I have a fully furnished house full of tons of stuff I need to get rid of.

It goes from small things like extra xbox controllers to couches, beds & sofas. I'd like to sell all of it (MOST OF IT IS ENTIRELY NEW) or get rid of/donate if but for the latter don't want to spend too much.

Does anyone have an idea of the best way to get all of this sold asap/hassle free? if not any idea on a cheap/free service to get all this donated by june 30th since everything is essentially new (we moved in only last year, this is SL area).
