Need help for a friend who wants her grandmas wedding dress redesigned to fit her

Hello! A friend of mine is getting married in a year or so, and she has her grandmas wedding dress that she would like redesigned for her wedding. The dress was made by her grandmothers sister, and we have extra fabric from the veil and train. She would need to add a corset back, and she wants to shorten the dress for a more casual wedding. Is anyone in Houston know of a seamstress/alteration place that can do a redesign of the dress? If not she wants to start shopping for dresses instead, but would rather wear her grandmothers. Any help or advice is appreciated!
