Need help finding the name of an event please! Want to revisit childhood memories

Hi everyone, I was born in Houston and when I was younger my dad always took me to a certain event. Now that I’m older and he’s not around, I’d love to go on my own, but I can’t find it through google.

It was an indoor auto event, could walk around and see cars etc etc. It wasn’t a showcase of the newest cars companies came out with, it was regular residents’ cars. Ones thatve been pimped out with art and decals, or modded, or really old ones people showcased. The BIGGEST thing I remember about this event was in another room / section of the event (I think it was in a stadium. Maybe Minute Maid? Or near it.) was where you could buy things. They weren’t all car related, it was kind of like Traders Village. Some people sold car parts, toys, random assortments of things. I distinctly remember seeing balloons with smaller balloons inside it being sold. The floor was concrete.

I sincerely hope someone knows what I’m talking about. I loved going there as a kid. Thanks a bunch.
